What makes Monsoon's products unique?
We’re proud to be the world’s first Neo Hakkanese plant-based food experience. Using natural ingredients, we craft dishes that are not only delicious but also promote a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that’s easy to embrace.
What is Neo Hakkanese?
In 2022, the Michelin Guide defined our cuisine as “Neo Hakkanese,” a modern interpretation of traditional Taiwanese Hakka flavors and stories. It reimagines the essence of Hakka cuisine with a healthy, plant-based approach.
Is your cuisine 100% plant-based?
Absolutely! All of our products are entirely plant-based, adhering strictly to vegan standards. While we don’t use animal products, we do include aromatic ingredients such as garlic, onion, and others, as they are integral to Neo Hakkanese cuisine.
Do you have a physical location?
We’re currently in the exciting final stages of choosing a brand-new location for Monsoon. Stay tuned for updates!
Will the new location offer the same casual fine dining degustation experience?
Monsoon is always evolving. We are exploring various options to bring an even more special Neo Hakkanese dining experience to our guests.
Do you host events or workshops?
